Cannondale Owners Club - Annual Ride

Posted by Qwerty Cycles on February 10, 2014 (0 Comments)

As you know, Qwerty Cycles are dedicated to all things Cannondale, so we are really excited to announce that we will be holding the UK’s first Cannondale Riders Club ride in conjunction with Cannondale UK.  On Sunday 6th April we will be heading to the beautiful Welsh valleys to test ride some of the latest MTBs Cannondale offer and reminisce over designs of yesteryear. Is a Raven or a Rush  faster than a Scalpel 29er? You decide.

Our goal for the day is to get as many Cannondale riders out on the trail as we can, but if you have a friend/relative who does not ride a Dale please feel free to invite them along too.

We will be at Afan Forest park (SA13 3HG) from 9am, then head out on to the trails at 10am.  There will be a couple of groups heading out, one on to the “Penhydd ”and also the soon to be opened “Blade” trail. J I’m sure some of us will be heading out for a second loop after a bite to eat in the afternoon if you so desire.

Qwerty will be bringing along a selection of the latest Cannondale Specific spares but if you need any other spares on the day Ben at the Afan Bike Shed http://www.afanvalleybikeshed.co.uk/ will be more than happy to help out. Ben also runs MTB tours of the Brecon and Afan area so if you fancy making a long weekend of it drop him a line.

If you are interested in coming to the UKs first Cannondale Riders Club Ride drop us a mail info@qwertycycles.co.uk so we can plan how many cakes and tea bags to pack. For anyone who wishes to test ride any of the bikes, we would need a passport or bank card. (preferably yours) ;-) to leave as a security on the day.   We will send out and another mail before the event, but to keep up to date checkout our Facebook page or checkout our Blog on www.qwertycycles.co.uk
