If you change your mind..

QwertCycles are committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy, but we understand that, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.  We recommend that you keep your receipt and order number, which can be found on your order confirmation, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If our products are faulty, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. All postage for faulty products will be refunded and we will not charge you for sending exchanged items back to you.  If you have changed your mind about the product and wish to return or exchange for something else, we will be unable to refund your postage costs, but will send any exchange items out free of charge. Please note exchanges or refunds can only be made if items returned have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted.

How to return an item?

Download the returns form here print out and complete. Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including any warranty cards, manuals and accessories). Send your goods securely packaged preferably by a recorded delivery method.

If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you. Please contact us at  for further advice.
